Hearty Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (12 fl. oz.) can PET® Evaporated Milk
  • 1 envelope dried onion soup mix

Instructions

  • HEAT oven to 350°F.
  • MIX all ingredients together. Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan.
  • BAKE for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until done.
  • Stir together 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Spread over top of meatloaf 15 minutes before removing from oven.
