  • 1 cup pasteurized refrigerated egg product (like Egg Beaters)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 (12 fl. oz.) can PET® Evaporated Milk
  • 1 1/2 cup water


  • BEAT eggs until light and fluffy with hand mixer in a large bowl. Gradually beat in sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir in milk and water. Chill.
  • POUR into serving glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
