1 can PET® Evaporated Milk
Put evaporated milk into ice tray. Chill until crystals begin to form around edges.
Put ice cold milk into a cold 1 or 2-quart bowl. Whip with cold rotary beater by hand, or with electric beater at high speed, until fluffy.
Gradually add the remaining ingredients to milk and whip until stiff. Put mixture into a 1-quart ice tray and freeze, without stirring, at the coldest temperature until firm.
