Spinach Quiche

Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup PET® Evaporated Milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 9-inch frozen deep-dish pie crust
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • HEAT oven to 350°F. Place baking sheet in oven to heat.
  • BEAT cream cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs, evaporated milk and red pepper. Squeeze spinach between paper towels until almost dry. Stir spinach, ham and onion into egg mixture.
  • REMOVE hot baking sheet from oven. Place frozen pie crust on baking sheet. Pour filling into pie crust. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • BAKE 55 to 65 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
