Hot Bacon Potato Salad

  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 cup hot, sliced cooked potatoes
  • 1/2 cup PET® Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery


  • CUT bacon into small pieces. Fry in skillet until crisp. Stir in vinegar, onion, pepper, salt and sugar. Pour over hot sliced potatoes.
  • TOSS until most of the vinegar is absorbed into the potatoes. Pour milk over potatoes. Add celery. Toss to coat potatoes evenly.
