Smoky Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup
  • 1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn with peppers, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 (12 oz.) can PET® Evaporated Milk

Instructions

  • HEAT skillet and cook bacon until crisp. Crumble bacon. Drain bacon drippings from pan, reserving 2 tablespoons. Add onion to reserved drippings in skillet. Cook and stir until onion is clear. Drain.
  • STIR together crumbled bacon, onion, potato soup, corn, salt and evaporated milk in medium saucepan. Heat, stirring occasionally, until hot but do not boil.
