Sweet and Savory Meatballs

  • non-stick cooking spray
  • 2/3 cup PET® Evaporated Milk
  • 1 (1 oz.) package onion soup mix
  • 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, divided
  • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar peach preserves, OR
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar orange marmalade


  • HEAT oven to 425°F. Coat 13x9-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
  • COMBINE evaporated milk, soup mix, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and breadcrumbs. Mix well. Add beef and mix gently until all ingredients are well combined. Shape mixture into 36 1-inch meatballs. Place meatballs into prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes, turning once, or until golden brown. Drain.
  • MIX peach preserves OR orange marmalade and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce. Pour over meatballs. Stir gently. Return to oven for 5 minutes to heat through. Serve warm.
